PERIEGEZY – An Etrurian Journey is an ethnographic-artistic journey developed in the spring of 2024 by Rosmunda and Hazkj, with photographic and video documentation by Carlo Sgarzi. The project stems from the search for elements of the past to create a new narrative of the present, using a methodological approach that traverses territorial routes to identify archaeological, anthropological, and environmental realities.

The research delves into the ancient world, investigating Etruscan civilization from both an anthropological and aesthetic point of view. Through contemporary expressive languages such as street art, illustration, and photography, the goal is to create a bridge between museum institutions and modern art forms.

The journey touched on symbolic places such as the necropolises of Populonia, Tarquinia, and Cerveteri. The artistic interventions that emerged from this exploration, including works such as "Pisside Populonia", "I due fiumi", and "La porta infernale", aim to rediscover and raise awareness of the story of the ancient Italic peoples, offering a new perspective that can revitalize the interest of a wide and diverse audience.
